Creating materials for healthcare professionals (HCP) always presents a challenge, as educational material not only needs to be informative but often serves promotional purposes as well. And, as with everything else, finding a balance is extremely important. HCPs are aware of this dynamic, which further complicates the task of creating materials that will successfully convey the message and maintain their attention.

Every claim in promotional material is based on research results. However, healthcare professionals often notice a discrepancy between these results and their own experiences. Many factors contribute to this discrepancy, including:

  • Study design
  • Inadequate representativeness of patient samples
  • Population sample limitations
  • Study duration
  • Level of patient cooperation
  • Monitoring during the study, etc.

For this reason, case studies play a special role as they are based on real-life experiences of physicians outside of study conditions and serve as an excellent way to communicate with the target population.

Furthermore, educational material for healthcare professionals should not only convey information but also encourage critical thinking, stimulate discussion, and promote continuous learning. Therefore, it is important to regularly refresh and update content to reflect the latest knowledge and practices in medicine. Additionally, evaluating the effectiveness of materials can provide feedback on how to improve future materials and teaching methods.

Ultimately, the goal of education is to enhance the quality of healthcare and improve treatment outcomes for patients. This requires careful planning, collaboration, and continuous improvement, but the potential benefits are significant for all involved parties. Case studies are a perfect example of how educational material can be dynamic, interactive, and instructive. And case studies, in a modern app such as our Nobula Case Creator, truly change the game in learning as well as promotion.

Our small team has been strengthened by another member. The potential of Nobula has been recognized by a consultant with rich experience, including in our startup, Zvonimir Oreč, M.Sc. He revealed to us below how he plans to implement his expertise in the role of CFO/COO (Chief Finance Officer/Chief Operation Officer) and the direction in which he sees Nobula’s development.

  • What was your first impression of Nobula’s business, and what were the key factors that motivated you to join as a partner?

My first impression of Nobula Technologies’ business was extremely positive. I saw a strong positive energy emanating from the team, quickly established an open relationship with the founders, Zoran and Vladimir, and felt that we shared the same vision and passion for innovation. What motivated me most to become a partner was the opportunity to actively participate in the development of innovative products like Nobula Case Creator. Product development is exceptionally challenging; it requires envisioning what users will expect in the coming years, maintaining focus, knowing when to say no to expansion into other areas, and being dedicated to achieving the goal.

I saw concrete steps being taken to realize the vision, which further convinced me of the potential for rapid growth and success. I feel great in this dynamic team and look forward to shaping the future of the industry together with Nobula.

  • How do you plan to leverage your past experience and expertise in your new role, especially in the context of Nobula’s development as a startup?

With my years of experience in the corporate world, where I spent over two decades at Siemens, and in innovative startups like Amoda, where we successfully navigated through a very turbulent market period in recent years and ultimately crowned it with a successful exit, I see a tremendous opportunity to bring my knowledge and experience into Nobula’s development. We will focus on implementing meaningful processes that support our business and accelerate our progress. My goal will be to improve operations and finances to achieve sustainable growth and become a leading player in our industry. I can’t wait to start this exciting new phase of my career and contribute to Nobula’s success.

  • What are your visions and goals for Nobula’s future?

I recently read an interesting statement that said this challenging time will establish companies capable of delivering at least one MVP (Minimum Viable Product) monthly. At first glance, this idea seems challenging, but the more we talk, the more we realize that this is the path we want to tread. Today, that’s the goal, but I see tremendous potential and passion within the team to quickly reach that level of excellence.

We plan to achieve our goals through continuous investment in the development of our talents within the team and building strong partnerships with our clients and suppliers. We will focus on quality, innovation, and improving the user experience to realize our visions and become a successful, long-term sustainable company. It’s an exciting vision that motivates us to work towards our goals every day.
