Nobula Case Creator at the international conference

Healthcare professionals and medical educators have been facing a paradigm shift in teaching and learning in recent years. In order to identify challenges in medical education, provide potential solutions, establish best practices, and foster collaboration, the “First International Conference on Teaching and Learning in Medical Education” was launched.

The organizers of the conference recognized the innovation and potential of Nobula Case Creator. It is our great honor to have the opportunity to present ourselves to the international community in Lovran. Our workshop will focus on interaction in a “live” classroom and on data that can be analyzed after the lesson.

About MedRi 2023:

The rapid advancement of new teaching and learning strategies, such as student-centered learning, e-learning, interprofessional education, and clinical simulation, necessitates simultaneous changes to the curriculum and retraining of educators. The uniqueness of medical and healthcare education requires a special curriculum for training educators for this multidimensional, demanding, and noble mission. Additionally, the new circumstances highlight the importance of establishing special faculty development units to support the professional and academic growth and development of medical educators.

Given the growing need for curriculum changes and retraining of educators at all levels of medical education, the Medical Faculty in Rijeka and Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center El Paso, the Croatian Medical Chamber, the University of Rijeka, and KBC Rijeka have initiated an effort to organize a conference to identify current challenges in medical education, provide potential solutions, establish best practices, and foster collaboration. In addition, a special parallel international student symposium will be held, which will emphasize the invaluable role of medical students as partners and educators.
